Combining acrylic and mixed media, my work blends realistic portraiture and natural elements with abstract, textured backgrounds. The result is a layered visual experience.

Texture plays a central role in shaping mood. Through techniques like layering, scraping, and mark-making, I build surfaces that suggest memory, tension, and calm. The contrast between the defined subject and the expressive background creates a dialogue between inner experience and outer reality.
